Tumbleweed Music Festival: About That Life
As your wheels hit the bridge driving over the Missouri River, you peer over the edge and see your playground for the weekend… an adult playground that will forever change your perspective on country entertainment. Rolling into the festival, your boots hit the riverbed soil and feel right at home. Grab your tent and roll your cooler – you’ve made it to Tumbleweed Music Festival.
First, claim your camping spot: either in a grass field along the Missouri River (Field Camping) or nestled under the shady trees in manicured Forest Camping. The luckiest have selected VIP ‘Glamping’ brought to you by Frontier Justice. Glamping is all about convenience, location and amenities… a two-person tent, chairs and table are already set-up for you at your reserved camping site. Glampers have their own restrooms and are closest to the festival and main stage! Tumbleweed Music Festival offers open camping (no designated/reserved camping spots, except for Glamping), so your whole crew can camp together. Ice your beers and crack one open – let’s take a walk.
Tumbleweed Music Festival is laid-out along a quarter-mile stretch of the Missouri River, under the shade of 200-year-old cottonwood trees. From Forest Camping, it’s a two-minute walk to the fest and you’ll find yourself between the Budweiser beer tents, bull riding, Frontier Justice archery, zip line, helicopter rides, boutiques, wine tastings, and of course main stage.
Tumbleweed’s main stage features major artists from noon through midnight. However, the party doesn’t stop then – the 2nd stage keeps you dancing to live music and DJ’s till breakfast the next day. Lucky for you, we’ve selected the best food trucks and vendors from across the country to keep you well nourished. Despite all those drinks, you’ll be thirsty the next day… we offer free water throughout the festival weekend.
As you scroll through the photos of your first Tumbleweed experience, you’ll remember those incredible moments zip lining over the crowd at main stage… the $25 helicopter rides over the festival and river… the stunning performances and late night dancing. Most of all, you’ll love the time spent with friends around your campsite. This Tumbleweed Country experience is about celebrating life, friends and country music. We’re excited for you to join us.
