Tumbleweed Festival Preview!
The setting is beautiful, the music is amazing and the activities are thrilling. Tumbleweed Country Music and Camping Festival debuts this Saturday and Sunday at La Benite Riverfront Park, just minutes from downtown Kansas City.
Tumbleweed is an entirely new and different music experience for Kansas City’s country fans. Loaded with activities like zip-lines over the crowd, guided canoe trips, helicopter rides, Frontier Justice archery, fishing and camping, Tumbleweed is set to become the Heartland’s most memorable country experience.
Rodney Atkins, Pat Green and Cassadeee Pope close out the main stage on Saturday, while Chase Rice and Wade Bowen finish the festival Sunday. However, dozens more national and regional artists perform all weekend long on two stages.
Tumbleweed is a camping festival, but attendees can attend just the music portion of the festival. Lawn Passes, GA Passes and VIP passes range from $79 to $199 and cover both days of the festival. Camping options include RV and tent camping – starting at just $34 per person. Campers are permitted to bring their own food and drink into camping.
